Welcome to Avencea 's refund policy. Below you will find all information about the returns process and refunds.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact our customer service at contact@avencea.com to arrange a return within this period.
The costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
If the item is defective, we will refund the shipping costs for its return.

Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
The product must not have been used and must be returned in the condition it was received.
Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

We accept no responsibility for any delays or damage during the transit of returned items.
We recommend that you check the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if you have any problems.

After receiving the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days.
The refunded amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used.
