7.1 To the extent necessary for the execution of the contract for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the contracted transport company and the contracted credit institution in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
If we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products based on a corresponding contract, we process the contact information you provided during the order (name, address, email address) to personally inform you about upcoming updates within the legally required period through appropriate means of communication (such as by mail or email), in accordance with our legal information obligations under Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. We pass on your name, delivery address, and, if necessary for delivery, your phone number exclusively for the purpose of goods delivery under Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR to a shipping partner selected by us.
7.3 Use of Payment Service Providers (Payment Services)
Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method "Apple Pay" by Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment processing is carried out via the "Apple Pay" function of your device operated by iOS, watchOS, or macOS by charging a payment card stored in "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. Therefore, the release of a payment requires the entry of a code previously set by you and the verification via the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information provided by you during the ordering process along with information about your order is transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to carry out the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website from which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the success of the payment.
If personal data is processed in the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time of purchase, and whether the transaction was successful. Anonymization completely eliminates any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate through an encrypted channel to Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in the settings of your iPhone. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow payments on Mac."

The credit check may include probability values (so-called score values). The transfer is made in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.
For the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or - if offered - "Pay Later" via PayPal, PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check. For this purpose, your payment data may be transferred to credit reporting agencies in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness. 8) Retargeting/Remarketing/Recommendation Advertising
Google Ads Remarketing
Our website uses the features of Google Ads Remarketing, with which we advertise this website in Google search results, as well as on third-party websites. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”). For this purpose, Google places a cookie in your browser, which enables interest-based advertising to be displayed automatically based on a pseudonymous cookie ID and the pages you have visited. Further data processing only takes place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browser history with your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads that you view on the web. If you are logged in to Google during your visit to our website in this case, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target audience lists for cross-device remarketing. Your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data to create target audiences. As part of the use of Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
You can find details on the processing triggered by Google Ads Remarketing and Google's handling of data from websites here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can permanently opt out of the setting of cookies by Google Ads Remarketing by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

For further information and Google's privacy policy regarding advertising and Google, please visit:
https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/
All of the processing described above, particularly the setting of cookies to read information on the device used, only occurs if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
Pinterest Retargeting Pixel
This website integrates a pixel (Pinterest Tag) from Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Pinterest")). With the help of the pixel, information about the website visitors' browsing behavior can be collected, stored, and analyzed in pseudonymized form. The information can be attributed to the user's persona with the help of additional information that Pinterest may have stored about the user, for example, due to ownership of an account on the social network "Pinterest." Pinterest analyzes browsing behavior using an algorithm and can then display targeted product recommendations as personalized advertising banners on the user's Pinterest account. Pinterest may also combine the information collected via the pixel with additional information collected by Pinterest about other websites and/or in connection with the use of the social network "Pinterest" to create pseudonymized usage profiles. In no case, however, can the collected information be used to personally identify visitors to this website.
Pinterest Tag Conversion Tracking
This website utilizes the conversion tracking technology "Pinterest Tag" from Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Pinterest").
If you arrive at our website from a pin on Pinterest, we set a cookie on your computer that interacts with a "tag" implemented in the form of JavaScript code from Pinterest. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies expire after 180 days and are not used for personal identification.
If the user is redirected from a pin on Pinterest to pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, the tag captures certain user actions predefined by us and can track them (e.g., completed transactions, leads, website search queries, product page views). When such an action is executed, your browser sends an HTTP request from the cookie through the Pinterest tag to the Pinterest server, transmitting certain information about the action (including type of action, time, browser type of the device).
Through this transmission, Pinterest can create statistics about user behavior on our website after being redirected from a Pinterest pin, which helps us optimize our offerings.
However, we do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified.
TikTok Pixel
This website uses the "TikTok Pixel," a tracking technology of the social network "TikTok" operated by TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland ("TikTok").
Using cookies (small text files stored on the device used), information about browsing behavior on our website is collected in pseudonymized form, transmitted to TikTok, stored, and analyzed there to enable the display of interest-based and personalized product recommendations on TikTok. The information collected and pseudonymously processed generally includes the device ID, device type, timestamp, operating system used, and IP address. With the help of additional information stored by TikTok, for example, due to ownership of an account on the social network "TikTok," the information can be attributed to the user's persona. Additionally, TikTok may combine the information collected via the pixel with further information collected by TikTok about other websites and/or in connection with the use of the social network "TikTok" to create pseudonymized usage profiles. Under no circumstances can the collected information be used to personally identify visitors to this website.
The TikTok Pixel also allows us to track the effectiveness of advertisements on TikTok. If the user is redirected from an ad on TikTok to pages of this website and the cookies have not expired, the pixel captures certain user actions predefined by us and can track them (e.g., completed transactions, leads, website search queries, product page views). When such an action is executed, your browser sends an HTTP request from the cookie through the TikTok pixel to the TikTok server, transmitting specific information about the action. Through this transmission, TikTok can create statistics about user behavior on our website after being redirected from a TikTok ad, which helps us optimize our offerings.
We have entered into a data processing agreement with TikTok for the use of the TikTok Pixel, obligating TikTok to protect the data of our website visitors and not to disclose it to third parties. TikTok generally transmits the collected information outside the European Economic Area and relies on the European Commission's standard data protection clauses to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection.
